Aspen Vent Door

A sauna vent with an adjustable door gives control over the air exchange in a sauna. It is recommended to have the intake vent low on the wall near the sauna heater, and an outlet vent on the opposite wall about 1/3 up from the floor under the top-tier bench. Proper sauna ventilation keeps the wood healthy by allowing any moisture in the sauna to fully evaporate during cool down, limiting bacteria growth.
